Deck & Hull Equipment

The Grand Banks semi displacement hull design, with a fine entry forward, hard chines aft and a full keel, has been proven on waters around the world. Known for her economical performance and safety. The 42 Motoryacht offers a generous fly-bridge with seating for eight, and easily accessible stairs leading from the after deck.  The recessed or protected main decks forward are safe and secure with a grab rail at every turn.

Sightlines from the fly-bridge are unobstructed towards the bow and stern. Teak decking on the bridge and the wide, side decks provides not only beauty but sure footing as well. The large deck boxes allows easy, hidden storage of cruising gear. The GB 42's displacement and waterline length figures show you get more real boat than in other manufacturers advertised to be close to the same size.
